When should I order my napkins to arrive in time for my event?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you need a quicker delivery, please call 888-370-4544 or email us at contact@begreennapkins.com. We want to be sure we can consider your schedule. To accommodate production and shipping times, we recommend ordering your custom napkins at least two to three weeks before your event. This timeframe could be longer depending on your event’s size and how many custom napkins and coasters you need. We recommend ordering at least one month in advance for more significant events like weddings, graduation parties, and family reunions to guarantee they arrive before the event.
How many napkins do I need to order?
The quantity of custom napkins required varies depending on several factors, such as guest count, event formality, and type. Generally, for formal occasions each guest receives four personalized napkins. For semi-casual events, two to three napkins per guest is usual. For cocktail parties or events centered on beverages, allocating four to five cocktail napkins per guest is recommended. If appetizers are served, it’s advisable to add several additional napkins per guest, regardless of the event’s formality. Our napkins are digital printed with FDA-approved, soy-based, food-quality inks, and are safe for you and our environment. As such they can serve as sanitary, disposable small plates for appetizers, finger foods, or desserts.
What are my napkins made of?
B.E. Green produces our custom 3-ply cocktail napkins using 100% FSC-Certified recycled, sustainably reclaimed, repurposed fibers produced right here on site at our recycled paper mill. Our Luncheon, Dinner, and Guest Towel sized napkins contain SFI-Certified recycled content. We use only FDA-approved, soy-based, food-quality inks in our state-of-the-art digital printing technology. Our digital printing process eliminates the need for water, solvents, or chemicals, ensuring that your custom napkins are both eco-friendly and safe for everyone.
How does ordering our napkins help the environment?
All of our digitally printed 100% recycled cocktail napkins are made from sustainably reclaimed recycled fibers from our own recycled paper mill. Our digital printing process uses only FDA-approved, soy-based, food-quality inks. This cutting edge print process eliminates the need to use water, solvents, or chemicals, while providing the most finely detailed imprint available.
In addition to using sustainable materials and production and print methods, we plant a tree with every order at Trees For The Future (TREES) to ensure our sustainability is full circle. Trees For The Future trains farmers in agroforestry and sustainable land use, so they can build vibrant regional economies, thriving food systems, and a healthier planet.

Do you offer samples?
Of course! Contact us by filling out our form or calling us at 888-370-4544, and we can send out some samples to you at no charge. If you have certain ink colors, napkin styles or sizes you are thinking about, please let us know before ordering. We can print out samples of your artwork printed on different napkin styles or coasters. We want you to be able to consider your options so you can make a confident buying decision.

Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture all of our custom cocktail napkin products in our recycled paper mill in Erving, Massachusetts, which has been manufacturing for 119 years! Having all our production and print operations under one roof eliminates the need for diesel-dependent vehicles to ship raw paper to us. All of our deliveries are shipped from this same location.
